AVSONS Kitchen & Bath's New Facility in Matthews, NC

At Held Architecture, we're pleased to announce our design for a 6,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for AVSONS Kitchen & Bath. This family-owned countertop specialist has been operating in the Carolinas since 2005, and this project marks a significant milestone for them.

The Grinchak family immigrated from Ukraine and built their business from the ground up. With all family members involved, they've worked hard over the years to establish a reputation for quality in granite, quartz, marble, and quartzite installations. This new facility fulfills their long-term goal of having a dedicated space for operations and growth. The design features a front-of-house area with offices and a showroom, accented by large glass storefronts and an arched entry with a brick facade for a professional appearance. The rear shop is optimized for efficient fabrication and assembly. Located in Matthews, NC, and slated for completion this year, the building supports AVSONS' ongoing commitment to craftsmanship and business expansion. We're glad to have contributed to this project.
