HELD Architecture is proud to design this approximately 6,000 sf pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for AVSONS Kitchen & Bath, a family-owned countertop specialist serving the Carolinas since 2005.
Located in Monroe, NC, the project combines a welcoming front-of-house with offices and an inviting showroom that highlights custom granite, quartz, marble, and quartzite installations. Large glass storefronts and a prominent arched entry with warm brick facade create an approachable, professional presence that invites clients and designers inside.
Efficient production flows to the rear shop area, optimized for fabrication, assembly, and workflow. Set for completion this year, the building supports AVSONS's commitment to quality craftsmanship while providing a functional, attractive home for their growing local business.
