VS America Office Upfit: A Bright, Modern Transformation

We are thrilled to continue our partnership with VS America, a leader in ergonomic and sustainable school and office furniture design, as we have supported their growth since 2010. This latest project, a stunning 2,000-square-foot, two-story tenant space upfit, showcases their commitment to innovative and inviting workspaces.

The focal point is a sleek, white staircase with metal railings and horizontal cable guards, ascending from a polished concrete floor to a mezzanine level above. The ceiling features exposed wooden beams and trusses with a warm, natural finish, contrasting the otherwise stark white and gray tones.

The space has been completely transformed through a complete gut and renovation, featuring thoughtful upgrades that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. A new mini-split unit was installed for the first-floor offices, minimizing ductwork to preserve the open, two-story columned space while improving energy efficiency. New glass walls allow abundant daylight to flood the office, creating a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere. Clever use of the space under the stairs now houses a compact kitchenette and a printer/storage area, maximizing efficiency without sacrificing style.
