JETTON & MEREDITH

The office building on East Trade Street, originally constructed in the 1980s, once belonged to the mentor of Mark Jetton and Eric Meredith, the founders of Jetton & Meredith Law. We revitalized this structure by opening up its interior, widening the corridors, and installing glass walls to allow natural light to flow from the exterior into the heart of the building. On the front and side facades, we expanded the windows, transforming the exterior into a sleek, modern aesthetic. To add depth and character, we layered a new facade over the original, featuring geometric, protruding forms that cast intriguing shadows and dynamic shapes. The entrance stands out as a unique, cantilevered feature, hovering boldly over the sidewalk. Elements of the geometric secondary facade extend to both sides, making a striking impression from McDowell and Alexander Streets.
