HOVIS ROAD

Hovis Road began as a dilapidated industrial building spanning over 90,000 square feet. Through an extensive renovation, we transformed the space by adding modern offices and reconfiguring the layout to allow portions of the building to be leased. To address accessibility, we redesigned the front entrance with a ramp, turning it into a striking architectural feature. The new facade, defined by a perforated metal panel design supported by a steel structure, now serves as the building’s distinctive and welcoming face.
