This facade study transforms a strip shopping center on Park Road, exploring opportunities to connect it with the nearby greenway. The design features a restaurant with operable walls, allowing it to shift into a dynamic indoor-outdoor space that enhances the patron experience. To elevate the center’s visibility, we incorporated additional architectural elements into the facade, crafted to draw the eye from the upper plateau and parking area, creating an inviting and distinctive presence.
